Since 2004, he has helped successful service-business owners move from Operator to Orchestrator—building companies that scale without chaos, create greater enterprise value, and operate with less dependence on the owner.

Before founding Online Marketing Muscle, Dean spent 12 years in corporate IT, leading and delivering multimillion-dollar technology initiatives for global organizations. That experience still shapes his work today: simplify the complex, build the right systems, and use technology as leverage—not as a substitute for leadership or judgment.

Through Clone the Owner, Dean helps owners systematize the expertise trapped in their heads and embed it across six core pillars: Vision, Systems, Team, Controls, Technology, and Mindset.
